Fish Hook Earrings are made with an upside down hook that fits into the ear easily.  It stays in place well by holding the earring down.  A small plastic tab can be placed on the end of the hook in order to keep them from sliding off the ear.  They can be customized for any of the necklaces or bracelets in stock.
