Ladder Stitch with Chevrons is an embellishment added to a standard ladder stitch pattern.  The ladder stitch is made with #8 seed beads 3 or 4 beads wide. The chevrons are added to the sides to look like hash marks from a military insignia. These are made with #11 seed beads
